La Inteligencia Artificial es una herramienta que tiene la capacidad de apoyar en diferentes espacios de la vida profesional y ser un apoyo fundamental. Para eso, requiere de un manejo responsable que fundamente las acciones del ser humano. En el área de la educación, la IA aporta para el área de procesos sistemáticos, académicos y administrativos para la dinamización de las plataformas universitarias con la finalidad de establecer un mejor servicio a los usuarios internos y externos. Para esto, este trabajo es de enfoque cualitativo, se realizó una observación profunda de los segmentos de la plataforma universitaria para buscar la forma de trazabilidad de procesos administrativos y estudiantiles desde el uso de la Inteligencia Artificial, la misma que pueda brindar una que fortalezcan los procesos formativos en la gestión dentro del contexto educativo del siglo XX.&#13;

Artificial intelligence is a tool with the capacity to support various aspects of professional life and serve as a fundamental aid. However, this requires responsible use that grounds human actions. In the field of education, AI contributes to systematic, academic, and administrative processes, helping to enhance university platforms to provide better service to both internal and external users. &#13;

This study takes a qualitative approach, involving an in-depth observation of segments of the university platform to explore ways to track administrative and student processes using artificial intelligence. The goal is to strengthen educational processes and management within the context of 21st-century education</text>

Esta investigación presenta un estudio prospectivo para fundamentar cambios en el currículo nacional ecuatoriano con un enfoque productivo y digitalizado. Se abordan los desafíos de las competencias digitales, la integración de tecnologías y el desarrollo de habilidades alineadas a las demandas del siglo XXI. Mediante una metodología cuantitativa y descriptiva, se recopilaron datos de estudiantes del distrito Cuenca para identificar brechas entre el currículo actual y las necesidades productivo-digitales. Los hallazgos sustentan una propuesta curricular flexible y sostenible que integra alfabetización digital, emprendimiento y ciudadanía global.&#13;

Abstract (English)&#13;
&#13;
This research presents a prospective study to support changes in the Ecuadorian national curriculum based on a productive and digitalized approach. It addresses the challenges of digital skills, the integration of technologies, and the development of competencies aligned with 21st-century demands. Using a quantitative and descriptive methodology, data were collected from students in the Cuenca district to identify gaps between the current curriculum and productive-digital needs. The findings support the proposal of a restructured, flexible, and sustainable curriculum that integrates digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and global citizenship.&#13;
