Abstract (English)

The study analyzes the use of Virtual Learning Objects as a teaching strategy to improve text production in students in upper secondary education at the Agoyan Educational Unit. The design responds to a mixed approach, with pre- and post-tests and statistical tests applied to determine the impact of the VLEs. The results show significant differences between the control and experimental groups, with high effect sizes, demonstrating improvements in the dimensions of the dependent variable. Therefore, VLEs favor the development of writing skills.

Metodología mixta no experimental: observación, encuestas y entrevistas a 30 estudiantes, 10 tutores y 30 ciudadanos; análisis descriptivo.

Abstract (English)

The study diagnoses weak university–community links—low participation and environmental impact, poor systematization, and training gaps—and proposes an extensionist–environmental model grounded in strategic management and a systemic–structural–functional approach. It uses ISO 14001, 37101, 37120, and 26000 as pedagogical guides and aligns with SDGs 3, 4, 6, 11, 12, 13, and 17. A non-experimental mixed-methods design used observation, surveys, and interviews (30 students, 10 tutors, 30 community members) with descriptive analysis. Outputs: (1) articulating model; (2) management strategy; (3) five-phase CAS project: diagnosis/capacity, planning, training, implementation, monitoring–evaluation.</text>
