Description An account of the resource Resumen La investigación propone un Protocolo Espiral Restaurativo Escolar (PERE) fundamentado en el modelo ancestral del churo, con el fin de abordar las conductas de vulneración social en adolescentes ecuatorianos. A través de un enfoque mixto, integra intervenciones legales, parentales y educativas que promueven la inclusión y la cohesión social. Los resultados demuestran que las prácticas restaurativas fortalecen la identidad y el sentido comunitario, permitiendo una convivencia escolar más equitativa y participativa. Abstract (English) This research develops a Restorative Spiral School Protocol (PERE) based on the ancestral churo model to address social vulnerability among Ecuadorian adolescents. Using a mixed-method approach, it integrates legal, parental, and educational interventions to promote inclusion and social integration. The findings reveal that restorative actions rooted in indigenous justice strengthen identity and community belonging, enabling a more equitable and participatory school coexistence.
