Abstract (English)

The problem lies in the lack of development of physical fitness in Physical Education students, caused by insufficient physical activity and curricular disorder, generating motor incoordination. The study seeks to establish an adequate order in the application of the curriculum, contrasting the motor coordination with the contents of 2023-2024. With a mixed approach and sequential transformational method, a sample of 452 students (12-15 years old) from the coastal region of Ecuador was analyzed. It is concluded that physical condition does not improve significantly and it is proposed to start with games, followed by physical abilities, sports and body expressions to optimize learning.
