A partir de una revisión de literatura especializada y normativas vigentes, se identifican las conexiones entre la RSE, el rendimiento económico y la sostenibilidad, proponiendo metas y acciones para que las entidades financieras actúen como promotoras del cambio, impulsando la formación y gestión financiera en las empresas manufactureras. Una cultura financiera sólida, fomentada por iniciativas de RSE, contribuye al bienestar social, la rentabilidad empresarial y la sostenibilidad a largo plazo. Abstract (English) This paper examines the advantages of implementing a corporate social responsibility (CSR) plan from a financial perspective to strengthen financial literacy in Cuenca's manufacturing sector. Based on a review of specialized literature and current regulations, the paper identifies the connections between CSR, economic performance, and sustainability.
