Se usa el método fenomenológico hermenéutico para caracterizar el amor en relación a la educación en la experiencia personal y en la práctica de los docentes. Al término del trabajo se ha logrado identificar elementos que contribuyan para la elaboración de competencias cognitivas, procedimentales y actitudinales que contribuyan, desde el amor, a la práctica docente.</p> <h3>Abstract (English)</h3> <p>In light of the thought of Saint Augustine, a concept of educational love is developed. The hermeneutic-phenomenological method is used to characterize love in relation to education, both in personal experience and in teachers' practice.
