Abstract (English) This doctoral thesis focuses on estimating the demand for nine transportation modes, considering key attributes such as travel time, waiting time, travel cost, parking fees, and walking distance. The findings indicate that travel time savings are significantly higher on rainy days, highlighting the impact of weather conditions on mobility choices. These estimates are essential for transportation projects, as time savings represent a primary source of social benefits. Additionally, elasticities were calculated for different policy scenarios, revealing the sensitivity of demand to variations in fares, waiting times, and travel costs. For instance, an increase in tram fares could lead to a significant decline in demand. This study enhances the understanding of mobility decisions and provides valuable insights for transportation planning and policy development. No obstante, persiste una carencia de instrumentos validados que respondan a las dinámicas propias de la docencia digital. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo diseñar y validar preliminarmente una rúbrica para la evaluación docente en modalidad virtual, aplicada a programas universitarios de Obstetricia. Se desarrolló una investigación de tipo instrumental con enfoque cuantitativo. La rúbrica se estructuró en cuatro dimensiones: planificación didáctica, desarrollo de la clase virtual, interacción docente-estudiante y evaluación del aprendizaje, con 12 criterios y 30 indicadores. La validación de contenido se realizó mediante juicio de expertos, aplicando el coeficiente V de Aiken, mientras que la confiabilidad interna fue estimada con el coeficiente alfa de Cronbach a partir de un pilotaje con evaluadores independientes. Los resultados mostraron un valor promedio de V = 0.89, con todos los criterios por encima del umbral mínimo de aceptación, y una confiabilidad alta con α = 0.91. Además, se incorporaron ajustes estructurales sugeridos por los expertos mediante análisis cualitativo. Se concluye que la rúbrica propuesta es válida, confiable y alineada con el enfoque por competencias, constituyéndose en una herramienta pedagógica útil para la evaluación del desempeño docente en educación virtual universitaria en salud. Abstract (English) The evaluation of teaching performance in virtual environments has gained growing relevance in higher education, particularly in health sciences programs where pedagogical and clinical demands require clear and context-sensitive assessment criteria. However, there remains a lack of validated instruments tailored to the dynamics of online instruction. This study aimed to design and conduct a preliminary validation of a rubric for evaluating teaching performance in virtual settings, specifically within Obstetrics undergraduate programs. A quantitative instrumental research design was used. The rubric was structured into four dimensions—didactic planning, virtual class development, teacher-student interaction, and assessment of learning—comprising 12 criteria and 30 indicators. Content validation was carried out through expert judgment using Aiken's V coefficient, while internal consistency was estimated via Cronbach's alpha, based on a pilot test with independent evaluators. Results showed a mean Aiken’s V of 0.89, with all criteria above the minimum acceptable threshold, and high reliability (α = 0.91). Qualitative analysis of expert feedback led to improvements in the wording and structure of several indicators. It is concluded that the proposed rubric is valid, reliable, and aligned with a competency-based instructional framework, offering a useful pedagogical tool for evaluating teaching performance in virtual health education settings. Abstract (English) The present investigative study was established in the correlation that arises between the development of critical thinking skills as a tool for the teaching management of an educational institution, with an objective knowledge of the impact that can be generated in the teaching processes of the students. To collect the information, a survey was developed with multiple choice questions, which addressed the learning strategies that their teachers currently use. Likewise, questions were asked about the development of critical thinking skills, in which was able to check the current development of criticality. The quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive and correlational statistical techniques, analyzing these data through a study of references that allowed the objective apprehension of the previous experiences of the participants, that is, student teachers and managers of the educational institution. The importance of students raising hypotheses about new knowledge was determined, with the purpose of developing their own thoughts about what they received in the classroom, from their interests or inclinations, so that this critical subject is constituted when inserted into a social context, in adult life. Los resultados proponen un modelo parental innovador basado en la inteligencia emocional, la resiliencia y la pedagogía colaborativa, orientado a prevenir la violencia y fortalecer la convivencia. Abstract (English) This doctoral thesis analyzes the transformations of parental models in the twenty-first century based on the interrelation between school and family violence. It examines how educational institutions and domestic environments construct new patterns of authority, affectivity, and discipline. Through qualitative and quantitative research, the study identifies sociocultural and psychological factors that influence parental practices. The results propose an innovative parental model that integrates emotional intelligence, resilience, and collaborative pedagogy to prevent violence and promote coexistence. This work contributes to educational psychology and family studies, offering practical implications for social policies and parenting programs.
